Bib and Merchandise Collection

How do I get my Race Bib?

You can either have your Race Bib mailed to you or you can collect it - see options below

Bib Mail Out Option

Your race bib can be mailed to your Australian postal address. Just select the “Bib Postage” option during Registration prior to Monday 23 June 2025. The fee to mail out your bib is $12. Please note only your Bib is mailed to you (no merchandise is mailed).

After Monday 23 June 2025 we cannot offer to post your Bib to you and you must collect your Bib at registration. Strictly no bib collections on race day.

After Monday 23 June 2025 we cannot change the address you entered as the mailing address for your Race Bib. Please ensure you have mail redirection in place if you move.

If you forgot to choose Bib Postage when you entered you can (up to Monday 23 June 2025) via our MyActive web portal. The steps are:

  1. Go to our Sunshine Coast Event Web Portal and log in.
  2. Find our event and select Purchase Merchandise.
  3. You will be able to add Bib Postage to your entry. 

If you purchased bib postage you will receive your bib in the mail between Thursday 24 July 2025 and Thursday 31 July 2025. If your entry includes any free merchandise or you purchased additional merchandise you will need to collect this from the event merchandise tent on Sunday 3 August 2025 between 6.30am and 12.30pm.

If you have not received your bib by Thursday 31 July 2025 please come to see us at the Transfer Desk during bib collection dates/times below for a replacement. There is strictly no Bib replacement available on Race Day.

Please note bibs will only be mailed to Australian addresses. No international postage is available.

Bib Collection Option

If you do not opt to have your race bib mailed to you, it must be collected from the Registration Desk at Event Precinct prior to race day.

  • Please have your registration confirmation email with QR code or ID ready when collecting your bib.
  • You can have someone collect you bib on your behalf with a copy of your registration confirmation email.

Strictly no bib collections on race day.

How do I get the (free) Merchandise that was included in my entry?

Some distances (Full, Half & 10k) have the option of a free event T-Shirt included with your entry. These will be available for collection from Registration and the Merchandise Store at the times below:

Thursday 31 July 2025, 3:00pm-7:00pm (collect from Registration)
Friday 1 August 2025, 10:00am-5:00pm (collect from Registration)
Saturday 2 August 2025, 9:00am-4:00pm (collect from Registration)
Sunday 3 August 2025, 6:30am-12:30pm (collect from Merchandise store as Registration is closed)

Merchandise must be collected at the event.  No merchandise will be mailed out prior to or after race day.

How do I get the Merchandise I purchased?

All pre-purchased merchandise will be available for collection from the Atlas Events' Merchandise Store at the times below:

Thursday 31 July 2025, 3:00pm-7:00pm (collect from the Event Merchandise store not Registration)
Friday 1 August 2025, 10:00am-5:00pm (collect from the Event Merchandise store not Registration)
Saturday 2 August 2025, 9:00am-4:00pm (collect from the Event Merchandise store not Registration)
Sunday 3 August 2025, 6:30am-12:30pm (collect from the Event Merchandise store not Registration)

Merchandise must be collected at the event.  No merchandise will be mailed out prior to or after race day.
