The Sunshine Coast Marathon (the “Event”) website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Atlas Events Pty Ltd (“Atlas Events”). By visiting and using this Site, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use the Site.
By submitting your email address to Atlas Events, you agree to receive email newsletters, updates, notifications, and other material from us and selected third parties relating to the Sunshine Coast Marathon and related events.
Atlas Events reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion.
