Whether you’re a new or experienced runner, with the help of Atlas Multisports qualified coaches, we’ve put together training guides to help get you in shape for the marathon (42.2km), half marathon (21.1km) and 10km on Sunday 11 August 2024.
Marathon training guides will be available 16 weeks from race day.
Half marathon training guides will be available 12 weeks from race day.
10km training guides will be available 10 weeks from race day.
5km training guides will be available 8 weeks from race day.
