Terms and Conditions – Fractel x EVA Air Sunshine Coast Marathon Festival R-Series Race Cap Giveaway
This giveaway is run by Atlas Events in partnership with Fractel. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
How to Enter: To be eligible, entrants must, during the entry period: (1) follow both @sunshinecoastmarathon and @fractelrunning on Instagram; and (2) comment on the designated giveaway post with either 🧡 Option A or 💙 Option B. Tagging a running mate in the comments is optional and constitutes a bonus entry. Multiple comments do not constitute additional entries unless a unique tag is included per comment.
Entry Period: Entries open on 1st May 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 3 May 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Fractel x EVA Air Sunshine Coast Marathon Festival R-Series Race Cap. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Atlas Events reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries following the close of the entry period. The winner will be notified via direct message from @sunshinecoastmarathon on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, a new winner may be selected. The winner's Instagram username may be announced publicly.
General Conditions: Atlas Events reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive manner, or fails to comply with these terms. Atlas Events reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time without notice. All decisions made by Atlas Events regarding this promotion are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be handled in accordance with Atlas Events' Privacy Policy and will not be used for any purpose other than administering this promotion, unless otherwise consented to.
